Refund & Billing Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026

There are two different things people mean by "refunds" with kodo. This page covers both — paying for kodo itself, and buying from a store that runs on kodo.

In short: kodo is free during beta, so there is nothing to refund for the platform yet. If you bought a product from a kodo store, refunds are handled by that seller, not by kodo.

1Paying for kodo (subscriptions)

kodo is currently free to use during beta, so no subscription charges apply at this time.

When we introduce paid plans, we will publish the pricing and billing terms before you are charged, and this policy will be updated to describe billing cycles, renewals and any refund eligibility for kodo subscription fees. You will always be able to see what you are signing up for before any payment, and you can cancel a paid plan to stop future charges.

2Buying from a kodo store

kodo provides software to sellers; kodo is not the seller and does not sell products to shoppers or collect payment for those sales. Cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer payments are made directly between you and the seller.

This means refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations for anything you buy are set and handled by the individual seller, according to that store's own policy. If you want a refund or have a problem with an order:

If you cannot reach a seller, you can email us at dev@tensholabs.com and we will try to help connect you, but the decision and any refund rests with the seller.
